These terms govern the use of the Amorexa.ai service.
Agreement
By using the site you agree to the terms.
Age Restrictions
The service is available only to persons over 18 years of age.
It is prohibited to create content without consent or involving minors.
Privacy Policy
Amorexa.ai is a service for generating adult content using AI.
We do not store payment card data.
User Responsibility
The user bears full responsibility for the created content.
Intellectual Property
All rights to the materials belong to Amorexa.ai.
Protection of Minors
Any content involving minors is strictly prohibited.
Violations are recorded and may be transferred to law enforcement agencies.
Refund Policy
A refund request may be considered within 24 hours after payment if the purchased tokens have not yet been used.
Welcome tokens are credited as an introductory bonus and are intended for testing the capabilities of Amorexa.ai. They are not monetary funds, cannot be converted into money, withdrawn or transferred to other users. Upon deletion or blocking of the account, the balance of unused bonus tokens is not compensated.
The cost of an already started generation is not refunded: tokens are deducted at the moment processing begins, even if the obtained result differs from the user’s expectations. Balance top-up also does not provide for a refund of funds. Since generation is performed by artificial intelligence algorithms, the result may differ from the original intent. The service is provided “as is”, therefore exact correspondence to expectations is not guaranteed and completed generations are not subject to cancellation or compensation.
Order Retention
Tokens have no expiration date. Materials are stored for a limited time.
Usage Rules
- By using the service you agree not to violate the rights of third parties.
- Do not copy or modify service materials.
- Do not remove copyright notices.
- Do not distribute materials without permission.
- Do not use the service to disrupt the platform.
- Do not publish prohibited content.
- Comply with the law.
- Do not use for spam.
- Do not violate the rights of other users.
Violations may lead to blocking.
Report violations to support@amorexa.ai.
Account Suspension
In case of violation of the terms we may block the account.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for force majeure circumstances.
Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes contact support.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages.
