Amorexa.ai does not create materials on behalf of users. The service provides technical tools with which confirmed users can independently work with video, face swap and other generation functions.

Exception: materials created by users

Responsibility for uploaded and created materials lies with the user who posted or generated them. The administration has the right to restrict access or remove content if it violates the service rules or legal requirements.

Content with real people

Videos with real people may be used as templates subject to the established requirements. Publication of such materials is allowed only with the written consent of the participants and confirmation of their age in cases provided for by law. The corresponding documents are stored in the manner established by 18 U.S.C. § 2257.

User verification

Only persons over 18 years of age who have passed the necessary verification can create content on the platform. The user is solely responsible for the legality of the materials created, including deepfake content. Amorexa.ai provides exclusively the technological infrastructure.
